Komos - Añejo Cristalino 70cl

Komos Añejo Cristalino is a tequila from the Mexican region of Jalisco, made from 100% blue agave. It falls under the Añejo category, where the spirit is first aged in oak barrels and then filtered through activated charcoal. This filtration removes most of the color while retaining part of the aging character.

The base is fermented and distilled agave. After distillation, the tequila is aged in barrels according to Añejo regulations, with a minimum aging period of one year. Cristalino tequila became popular in Mexico as a lighter-looking version of aged tequila, without fully losing the influence of the aging process.
