Glenturret, founded in 1775, is one of Scotland’s oldest distilleries. The whisky is produced in copper stills, and part of the malting process is still done by hand, following traditional Highland methods. For this ten-year-old Peated Smoked whisky, malted barley is dried with peat, giving it its characteristic smoky flavor. The maturation takes place in oak casks. Glenturret 10 Years Peated Smoked is bottled at 46,6% alcohol.
